So thats probly why Topher Grace is Venom (if its true) Because just like you said, they want venom as spideys shadow. So casting a person the same size as Maguire maybe be good.....i dunno.....im still on the fence about it.....

I don't agree with Topher being Venom at all, I'm all for the original Eddie Brock look, but maybe Sam wants Venom to be the shadow of Spiderman.

Both Topher and Maguire both have the dorky boy look to them, they are pretty much the same size.....maybe he wants a perfect matchup to fight each other........

That may be cool in a movie, or it may not, I'm not sure......

I can deal with the "Eddie is the same size as Peter" thing...but I'm gonna be pissed if, when he has the symbiote, he isn't huge. Venom cannot be the size of Spider-Man and be threatening, that's Carnage's job.
