does he deserve less of a sentence, or he should've gotten more. your thoughts?

he felt like the jury members were caught up with that whole 9/11 thing and he said he deserves a lesser sentence 'cause he never really fought the american armed forces, just the northern alliance.

if i was one of the soldiers who caught him, the doctors doing his physical would be like "hey, where's his left nut?"
