I'm going to throw in a big one here... Starcraft vs Halo. Think about it:
Zerg vs The Flood(Ravenous uglies match)
Human vs Other Humans(Humanity match)
Protoss vs the Covenant(Religeous freaks with high end technology)
Who would win?

Zerg. Flood are brainless, Zerg have intelligence.
Draw.
Protoss will easily beat the Convenant. Not even close.

dude their not even from the same game. they ARENT friends. marth is from fire emblem 1, and roy is from 4(or 5)

and halo vs starcraft u say..hm...well it certainly would suck to be the humans from halo...but you cant evenly compare the covenant to the protoss(or any other race to another).

you see, the races in starcraft are WAY more advanced than the ones in halo, the covenant dont have a goliath type unit, they have lots of nice air, but the protoss would pwn them, zerg would rip through halo marines like lazer.

no.. cuz in smash melee , Marth has all of those counter techniques.. he hits faster and does less damage... roy has that big kaboom swing and most of his other swings/stabs are covered in fire

Zerg are a helluva of a lot more organized than the Flood, so the Swarm wins that match.

The Terran beat the Halo humans (siege tanks would rape Warthogs)

Protoss defeat the Covenant verrrrrrrry easily as well.
