just seen the film a few days back and i think 5/10 is harsh, i would give it a 7.5 cos i liked the effects and the fight scenes rocked., griffons where especially well created.

what about the storyline

the strory line is good, well i think.

I'm jealous of kids today, they are getting so many incredible fantasy/adventure movies to watch, yes they are good to watch, but movies like this must be absolute magic in the eyes of a kid.

Thankfully, they left most of the Christian symbolism intact. The Stone Table was... shortened, but at the very least, it carried its intended effect. The Christian symbolism is integral to the story line. There's no way they could take it out without seriously hampering the plot of the movie.

I loved it. This is how movies should be made. 9.5/10

It's a good thing they left all that in. I would've been so mad if they'd left it out
