I don't think Simple Guidelines should be locked at the top of the OTF menu.

I believe in them, I respect the creator of them, I just don't like to see ANY thread locked on top of the OTF. The OTF is so punk you can't even tell. Please relieve it of rules and regulations. Thankyou.
