*Cresent shook her head and looked up at Kaze, she was so sad, so lost, so betrayed. She buried her face in her hands and cried, hugging her knees close to her. Wishing that she had never come to this land. She didn't want to look at Kaze, she didn't want to talk to her. She just wanted to be alone*
kaze looked around, confused and hurt. tears welled up in her eyes as she turned and ran. the snow stung her face.. but she didnt care. the pain was weak copared to the feeling of rejection... and she knew that well. now, again... her trust had been played. she was hated... again. she ran far. she was never going back. and another.... she had given up... again.
kaze pawed out of the water and trotted off to the shelter of a large tree. the tears that had been pushing at her eyes flooded out. her legs hurt and she felt horrible. the frrezing water had numbed her paws and blurred her sences. her nose hurt from the cold, and her slaty tears stung her eyes. she started seeing double, and shook her head. she couldnt stop here. she turned and kept running. now at a pace that pushed her limits. she felt sick but kept going.
kaze ran for about another hour, till she toppled over, coughing blood nonstop. inside her body her spleen had ruptured, as did her appendix. the wound on her chest and leg had both opened and split, leaving her a bloody mess. she fell hidden in a snow drift, left to freeze to death, if blood loss didnt kill her first.
