Vathu sits down next to her while he slowly puts his arms around her. "I'm sorry Cresent... See these red scars on my snout and side? When I was little, a pack of rougues killed my family and friends... They raised me as one of their own... I got older, and was the best fighter, I killed them all, and I got hurt doing it, But it was worth the revenge, The taste of blood!!!!!! Enough of this." Vathu got up, strode over to a rock and sat down.
Raevynn had finaly reached the city with lance close behind. She slowed to a trot as she neared a light post. The black wolf stayed close to the shadows to be unseen. The streets were deserted, and she had a feeling that she was in no trouble. Raevynn raised her nose in the air and sniffed around. A strong scent filled her nostrils. It was a familiar scent, and one that she had been following.
Vathu Heard noises in the distance, nobles. He quickly picked up Kaze and Cresent and hid behind some rocks while applying medicine to Kaze's wound's. He picked up and covered anything that could lead as evidence that they were there. "Shh." He hushed Cresent. "stay here I'm going to get some food, take care of Kaze while I'm gone, I know you can protect yourself,attack if the scent is unfamiliar, OK?" He asked. Instead of waiting for a reply he dashed off silently into the darkness, in half a days time, He had killed three deer and two rabbits. Vathu started back towards Cresent's strong scent. He got there in a good few hours, everything seemed to be fine, so he just set the deer and rabbits down and started a small fire. He roasted some of the rabbit and the deer, when they were finished he started eating off of the deer, and saving the other two for in the morning. "Time to eat Cresent, If you're not hungry you should get some rest then eat in the morning, OK?"
Raevynn prowled her way through the dark lonley streets, searching for anywhere that would suit their needs. She finaly came apon an abandoned ware house. She squeezed under a blank of wood that had been placed over the door to keep it shut. Inside the building was dusty, but empty and showed no sighns of humans being here in quite some time. She noticed a stair case, and followed it up to another level. A large window was baorded up with wood. There some holes in it though. She peered though one and noticed they were high up. This place would be perfect. She ran silently down the stair and went back outside where Lance waited. "Lance, wait here, ill go get the others."
suddenly kaze felt cold... feeling was something she had not experianced in a while... only numbness... and some pain... but mostly hate and regret. they probably left me.. she thought. her eyes stung, and she felt sick. she could not run any longer... she had pushed her limits. she tried hard and managed to push out a suffocated whine, barely audible.
Raevynn ran out of the empty city and towards her pack. She blended in with the nights sky above. She was invisibly at a first glance. The deep snow barely slowed her down, and she came to a trot when she reached Vathu. "Grab Kaze. I've found a spot to stay." She signaled for the others, and ran off towards the city again.
