it comes from skating for like 6 hours on Tuesday and lifting weights everyday...

6 hours! you must have alot of free time! I dont even get 6 hours sleep an night!

I do have a lot of free time right now..I still only get probably as much sleep as you do!

I hate insomnia! and nothing seems to put me to sleep! I've tried all conventional method and i'v tried pills and potions and meditation, aromatherapy, reading counting etc. etc nothing works! besides beating my head so hard against the wall that I knock myself out! 🙁 not good.

I love having insomnia...it's sooOooo much better in the night time than in the day time..partly because that's when mmost of my friends around here wake up!

I heard having sex puts people to sleep when they're done...

that is the ultimate insult to your partner though...

I do prefer night to day but we all have to sleep. a week with no sleep at all and the brain shuts down and the body dies.
and I've even tried really wild rampent sex and all that did was wake me up even more! I always have more energy after having sex! its really quite strange! 😂

you could just fall asleep in each other's arms or something...it would show disrespect to just roll over and say good night then go to sleep..that's why you shouldn't do that...the only time you really have sex and then get up and leave is if you're at a high school or college party...most people usually do go to sleep after they have sex...
