As Tolkien left only I think two sentences in Black Speech, you'll nowhere find a really decent dictionary. There are several attempts to reconstruct a "Neo-Black-Speech" though, based on Tolkien's few words with new and freely invented ones (and invented grammar).

Any other language? Well thats a little vague 😛 ... but you find wordlists for most languages here

Dragon Flame? Is that the same as Le Dragon De Brume? If so... best Sindarin dictionary available I think 😄 I have several downloaded ones, perhaps I can re-find their origins 😛 and post the adresses
