dubya - "well thats a good idea, but how do we enforce something like that? so many renegade mutants have abilities that we can't counter, what can we do?"

"Chase and I did something stupid when I was little."

"Kelly: I believe that my friend here Guyrich can explain to you about what our counter would be Mr. President."

"Kelly: Guyrich if you would explain to the president please......"

"of course... well mr.president our counter to the mutant problem is the sentinel" guyrich said

*and then he handed the president with a folder all on aboot the sentinel*

"sentinels are aboot 50 feet tall... and they weight about 40 tons... and they have immense strength and ability to neutralize mutant powers." guyrich said.

dubya - "and how many of these... sentinels have you built?"

"right now we have 800 done.. and 2000 built at the end of the week" guyrich said.

dubya - "very impressive. but how do you control them?"

" they have a sophisticated brain that is programmed to differentiate between humans and mutants using a bio scanner. they will also be programmed to ignore registered mutants unless they pose a threat we have access codes that can if neccessary shut them down. we can also program other sentinels to stop any sentinels that fail to follow their objectives. we have complete control." Guyrich told the president.

Guyrich started to hope the president understood most of the sophisticated lingo....

*colossus followed her*

colossus - "wait, come back celia... PLEASE."

president - "sounds good, but can i see a demonstration?"

" ok" guyrich said

* and then he held a tape in his hand and turned on the tv to show him*

*the president watched the sentinel in action.*

dubya - "Well, it appears we have a solution. i'll get the bill for mutant registration approved as soon as possible. thank you gentlemen."

"no thank you mr.president" guyrich said.

dubya - "well if that'll be all gentleman, i have work to do..."

Celia kept going running in a blind sort of rage, yet she wasn't angry at Colossus. She was angry at herselff. Before she knew it her feet were no longer touching the ground. She was flying a few feet off it.

*colossus knew if she got off far enough off the ground he'd never catch her, he started running faster.*

colossus - "come back, please..." he said, tears forming in his eyes...
