X-Men Soap Opera!

pr x - "i've just talked with nick fury, it seems someone claiming to be afiliated with the x-men has attacked senator kelly... we must find out..."

*suddenly the ceiling and wall were pulled away, and the cause soon became apparent. a sentinel stood there...*

sentinel - "mutant targets identified... mutant group known as the x-men, orders are to capture, not destroy..."

*storm's eyes glowed white as a lightning bolt hit the sentinel, destroying it. storm floated out through the broken wall to the front yard, she was followed by the other x-men...*

*the lawn was filled with sentinels, their red eyes glowing with murderous intent. *

*storm raised her hand, and clouds filled the sky. thunder cracked... then several bolts of lightning appeared, obliterating half a dozen sentinels.*

storm - "x-men, let us send these monstrosities back where they came from..."

((ok, before anyone posts. a few things... everyone is included in this fight. the sentinels we are using are the ones from the cartoon show. i have attached a reference pic so you can all get a visual of it. their abilities are... beams from hands, beams from eyes, cables from hands (that can electrocute to knock you out.). you can kill as many as you like, but please, and i cant stress this enough, please make it as realistic as possible... thx...))

magneto hovered above the ground. he exteneded his arm towards one of the sentinels. the sentinel went stiff. magneto clenched his hand in a fist and the sentinel's head crushed itself in. the sentinels body fell back.

Chase ran tp find his sister. the bottle gone. "You okay?" he asked checking her face and head in case she had gotten hurt.

Celia nodded. "They're after us."

shadowcat- "I'll get the one on the far right"

*Shadowcat walks fast in the air towards the sentinel her picked out*

"hurry!" magneto yelled down to the rest of the x-men. "if you can fight, stay here and fight, if not, hide yourselves!" magneto said crushing anothers head. as he looked down to see Celia running, he felt a giant metal hand grasp his body. before he had time to pry the hand apart with his powers, he was thrown against the mansion wall. he tried to stand up, but fell to his knees, then fell flat on the ground

Celia gasped. She ran towards Magneto. Trusting almost anyone, she'd help everyone. she tried to help him.

shadowcat-
*Starts her attact with on of her Kicks.*
"Lookheed! Come on we got some fighting to do."
*Lockheed appears fighting beside shadowcat. Begins breathing flames at the sentiniel*

*colossus looked for celia... but he was interrupted by a sentinel heading towards him...*

colossus - "jean, fastball special..."

*jean smiled... she lifted colossus up telekinetically and launched him towards the sentinel. there was a mighty crash as colossus tackled the mechanical monster to the ground... he jumped up onto its head and started ripping conduits and wires from it*

*Jubilee followed the other xmen out onto the lawn. a sentinel stood before her, he raised his hand, but she reacted quickly, she fired a blast that hit him in the chest knocking him off balance, then she hit him again, and he feel crashing to the ground*

*Noah runs out of the mansion to see the x-men battle the robots*

magneto stood to his feet with celia's help. "thank you." magneto said before standing without celia's report. he hovered into the air once again. he was hovering in front of a sentinel's face. it's eyes focused on him "mutant identified. Erik Magnus, aka magneto." the sentinel lifted his hands to shoot a beam at him, but magneto hovered above it and it hit another sentinel and tok its head off. magneto crushed the other sentinels head. he was hit out of the sky byanother sentinel. he landed on the ground again, but this time, he could not stand up. his feeble body couldnt take it. he dragged his body to some fallen rubble he could hide under until he felt ready to back into action

Celia was defeseless. Unlike the others her powers were useless against the sentiels.

Chase stood in fron of one. He blinked looking for someoe to say what he could do and could't. He sighed. "Guess you do't know me do you?"

*Jubilee started blasting another sentinel that was close by*

*Noah was just standing there, in shock*

*another sentinel came up to Jubilee*

Noah - "Jubilee!!!!"

*Noah flew over there and his hands glowed as a shadow sphere encircled the two*

*the sentinel shot a beam, but the shadow sphere protected them*

*then both sentinels started shooting their beams*

Shadowcat- *Kitty went through the sentinel through the left leg. In the process messing the sentinel up, the left leg fell. Now kitty began to kick at it again*

"lockheed keep firing at it"

*storm saw magneto fall and headed to cover him...*

storm - "the mistress of the elements commands you... fall down under mother earths mighty voice..."

*a small tornado formed right above two sentinels and swept them up, ripping them to pieces.*

*colossus called out "CELIA... WHERE ARE YOU?"

*gambit was using his agility to dodge several blasts from a sentinel, he dived to avoid a blast and then threw several cards at it, the explosions disabling it...*

gambit - "dat be one from me..."

*rogue flew up above the battlezone, she saw noah and jubilee in trouble, she flew down and tackled the sentinel, sending it flying into the ground... the turned and started pummeling the other...*

Shadowcat- *Finally knocked one sentinel out*

"Ok Lockheed lets to for the next closes one"

*Noah let the shield go*

Jubilee - "thanks, but let's teach these guys not to invade our house again!"

*Noah nodded, the two ran towards a sentinel, Jubilee was blasting it, and so was Noah, the sentinel crashed to the ground with a hole through its chest*

Shadowcat- *Goes up to the next closes sentinel, and again goes through one of its legs. Then lockheed blast fire at it again*

Celia was being protected by her brother.

shadowcat- *two more sentinels start to attack her. While the one she just attack fell to the floor*

"Watch out lockheed. Looks like more are going to attack"

*jean telekinetically stopped a sentinel, allowing colossus to throw it into another...*

jean - "hank... get the students to safety..."

*hank started herding the students downstairs.*

*what nobody noticed was that some choppers had landed on the opposite side of the mansion, a few dozen troops emerged and headed inside the house...*

*colossus spotted celia and chase and moved to protect them, but he was shot in the back... he got back to his feet but was hit by several more blasts. then a sentinel grabbed him with its metal cables and electrocuted him... he reverted back to his human form. the sentinel started to leave, buts storm and rogue chased it. there way was blocked by several sentinels. the sentinel carrying peter disappeared into the night sky...*

Shadowcat- *Starts to kick one of them, but the other comes from behind. Starts attacking her.*

"Lockheed run while you can"
