She disregarded a blush and nodded once. " Im....okay." She said looking away for a moment. " How are you? Do you want to come get something to eat with me? .. or just drink.." She added quietly.

he smiled and nodded "sure just something to drink though i just ate" he replieed

" Ah, cool " She said smiling. " thats all i was gonna get anyways." as they began walking she raised her eyes to the window beside them. She moved her hand, a few of the sun's rays were moved into a shimmering spiral. She also bent a few soundwaves into red light, and they were swirled in as well.

gambit looked at her as they were walking " you alright manque"

Quake took her headphones out and switched off the iPod, raising a manicured eyebrow at Logan, "There, done...see? What's wrong with you today? Another bad dream?" Her tone was anything from patronising. She'd always seen Logan more of a role model to the students around the campus more than anything else.

"Not bad actually, de battery life's annoyinly short but de sound quality if you got the right headphones can be pretty ok. Really depends on what kinda music you like. I got a media player upstairs dat's got a lot better all round sound quality." Quake replied, winding the headphones up and putting them in one of her cargo's deep pockets.

"Maybe I just show get one.Ha.Well huney I'll be seeing y'all later."Rogue began to walk off.when half way down the hall she remembered that she had came for her white gloves she often wore around the mansion."Hey y'all.Looks like I forgot my gloves.Wouldn't wanna bump into anyone again after the last time."

Quake smiled a little, "That happens to me all de time Rogue...if my head wasnt on so tight I know I'd forget it."
