hurrah for fast torrents...yeah gotta agree...great start to the season.
whether Vic will do what he talked with Ronnie at the end though...hmmm...difficult to say
i also think the thing with Lem from the last series is overshadowing the threat to Vic's job....so i hope they don't finish the season using the weaker story line to end it.

I don't think they will. I'm sure watched the last episode of The Soprano's
Spoiler Alert!!!
Wow, Ronnie was the man in the first ep, I wonder if he's going to finally take up the reigns and start leading the strike team. I think that would be a really cool kind of twist where then he'd be a third party in the Vic vs Shane thing but he'd have dirt on both of them. Maybe he comes out on top?
yeah i can see Ronnie surviving the probable downfall of Vic and Shane...if he can get over what he done in that 1st episode..
in season 5 he was made out to be the only truly smart one out of the team...he was the only 1 that Kavanagh couldn't find any dirt on in terms of money from the money train heist to which he tried to make it out that either he was smart enough to not get caught or that the rest of the team were freezing him out...obviously the former was the case

Interested to see what will happen, I'll be tuning in tonight.
This season has been awesome so far. Last nights episode was excellent! Shane is in deep s**t now. Wehn the season started I thought it would end withVic and Shane dead but now im not so sure. I still think Shane is going to die but I think Vic is going to turn into a fed by seasons end. Maybe bring Vic and Ronnie into a new series as feds.
they better not leave the strike team with Julian in charge...hahaha...that'd just be wrong
yeah episode 8 was amazing...he got out of there just in time
i'm still none the wiser as to how it will end and what will be the bigger part of it...Pezuela and Aceveda or Shane
i still think Ronnie is the only 1 with the smarts to come out of it clean but Wimms seems to have his ass

Last few episodes have been very solid. Excellent job. With 3 episodes left I'm starting to think that Vic and Rony wont survive. I read that there are 4 major deaths in the finale. (Shane, Vic, Rony, Aceveda??)
That could be true..
I'm hoping for Vic to survive so they could possibly make a feature film
Disturbing spoiler below. Not sure if it is true but ti does confirm the 4 deaths I read in a more reliable spoiler site. read at ur own risk.
TNT is basically making a knock off now that the shield is going away.

Source: The Hollywood Reporter November 7, 2008
"The Practice" alum Dylan McDermott has been tapped as the lead in "The Line," Jerry Bruckheimer's drama pilot for TNT, says Variety.
The project, from Warner Horizon and Jerry Bruckheimer TV, is a character-based police drama that revolves around a squad of undercover LAPD officers as they walk the line between doing their job and being seduced by easy money.
McDermott will play Lt. Andre Carter, a veteran officer who created and is running the secret unit, trying to strike a balance in his personal and professional relationships with his underlings.
He joins the recently cast Logan Marshall-Green, Omari Hardwick and Nicki Aycox on "Line," written by Doug Jung and directed by Danny Cannon.
