I think they should give him his own title. They are also doing the weapon X thing again, I really wished they would have gone with the orignal plot in when he is in Japan.

Premise
The film is set seventeen years before the first X-Men, and will center on Wolverine's early encounters with Sabretooth, William Stryker and the Weapon X program, and other mutants. The Blob and John Wraith may also feature, as well as Vietnam War flashbacks and a love interest for Wolverine

Juggernaut has long been rumored to be in this. I will wait and see if it turns true.

If Juggs or The Blob are in it then the movie sucks already.

If it has anything to do with the reason that person hates those 2 characters thats just a stupid reason to say it sucks

Seems silver Fox has been confirmed for this movie

Benioff confirmed that Silver Fox will indeed be Wolverine's love interest in the Gavin Hood-directed movie. "Yeah, Silver Fox is one of the big ones; they'll be announcing the casting on that one in the next couple weeks," the scribe told JewReview [via IGN]. "And Stryker is in it. But I signed some massive contract at Fox that I'm not allowed to say, so I better shut-up now."

I read that also. I guess they finally got it right. Schreiber is a good actor so he should be able to do well.

Michael C Hall would be awesome as Stryker, but he could probably pull off a lot of different Marvel characters.

So the film is under way right now. Filming is happening in New Zealand - standing in for Canada & Japan - and some curious new casting choices have come up.
Danny Huston (30 Days Of Night, Children Of Men) will be the young William Stryker - that's cool.
Ryan Reynolds has joined the cast as...who?
(Since this will be heavily about the Weapon-X program, could he be...

Scooper 'Chaos Bringer' has revealed on Superhero Hype!'s message boards that "Friday Night Lights" star Taylor Kitsch will play Gambit (AKA Remy LeBeau) in director Gavin Hood's X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Kitsch has signed a three-picture deal.

He'll be joining Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), Liev Schreiber (Sabretooth), Danny Huston (William Stryker) and Lynn Collins (Silver Fox) in the 20th Century Fox release, opening May 1, 2009.
