lol If you want to get technical with techniques, Guldo's esp does not require ki. All he has to do is stop Tien, then create a stake, and then he has Tien ka bob.

No it doesnt. Goku specifically stated in a chapter, that Frieza has wierd powers. ESP was one of the powers he meant. If they truly used KI, Goku would not call it "Wierd".

Trust me Guldo's mind freeze technique does not use ki.

I admit, it would be a hard fight for Guldo. But the difference in power will be minimal. All he has to do is stop time, give a few shots to Tien here and there. Keep on doing that, and Tien will lose the fight.

Tien only loses his mactches if A he dies, B if he is hammer a bunch of times increibley fast knocking him out Guldo has very little power so both feats will be immensely difficult to Guldo

Yes, but with the freeze technique it will be difficult for Tien as well.

I think it would be a draw, Guldo couldnt damage tien enough and Tien coldnt get a hodl of Guldo, unless he used Split form an dteh oerh two got a hodl of him then he and his clone could kick teh drap out of Guldo

I don't know if Big Bang can be used in normal state but Final Flash can
