Perhaps, I mean if you thought 15 million was the power level of Super Saiyan Goku then there is a good chance. However I can't admit blindly.

Goku Kaioken x10: 3,000,000
Goku Kaioken x20: 6,000,000
Super Saiya-jin Goku: 15,000,000

THIS IS A POWER CHART:
Power-Up Effects:
100: Glowing, aura.
200: Wind howls, ground shakes slightly, sky darkens.
400: Ground shakes strongly, stones rise from ground.
800: Ground shakes violently, whirlwinds of debris, small rocks split.
1.600: Huge rocks erupt out of the ground, lighting strikes, howling whirlwinds, sky goes completely black.
3.200: Mountains crumble, rocks explode, pits of lava erupt.

Your getting this off Fan-made sites. No official source of information but from loads of fan-made sites that have copied off each other.

I gave you a link to a page from my scanned Daizenshuu which is what is considored as 'the bible' of DB. THAT is the real stuff. The page I pasted of the link are the only TRUE power levels from the 'Z' era to be confirmed as a true source of information.

God help you if your using Wikipedia as your source.

And White Reeper how can you hear yourself? The only official DBZ site is www.dragonballz.com hosted by someone who was payed by Funimation to make and there is nowhere on that site where it talks about power levels. And still, I wouldnh't trust what they say. When rumors were sparked over the internet about a new DBZ movie, they fell for the bait and had it as a source of news 🙄
Trust me, every other DBZ site you see apart from that one is pure fan based. And the only other official DBZ site would be a japanese one that is Shonen Jump.
