Frieza was cold hearted, he was a devil who I was glad to be in Dragonball Z, & so much storyline too...he controled the Saiyan Race, detroyed most of them along with the planet, killed Vegeta's father & so on. He isn't like Cell who let's people live to fight in a tounament, he wouldn't have that, he would just kill!
Buu was just wrong, a child mind, pink skin, fat & eat candy & chocolate! 😬 Don't think so. Doesn't know anything, like he doesn't know what money is for a start & got mad at ice cream shop because of not paying. Hercule said to not kill him but Vegeta though differently, he should have died in case it happened again.
Hercule made a friendship with Buu so then he turned good (he didn't even know what was wrong & what was right.) So he turns good, is that it? I didn't like it. Frieza is my favourite evil character in the whole DB/Z/GT series'.
The whole point of having Gohan go SSJ was to have him become the strongest DBZ character to defeat Cell & at that time AT had no plans for the Majin Buu saga. Also, why would a demon need to know what money is? That's like saying God needs to know Satan's habits. As for Cell, it's good that he's not like Frieza because he wasn't all about destroying. He wanted to have fun & he said he wasn't doing it for conquest so I see no reason why he wouldn't want to fight the Z Fighters. You have no logic.

2. As for Gohan, if Goku trained, he would have become the strongest to take on Cell instead of dying.
3. I know Cell isn't about destroying all the while, but he did want to destroy Earth but he also wants to fight worthy opponants. I just don't agree with bad guys like that, I like bad guys to be ruthless & cold like Frieza, they are more exciting that way because we never know what those sorts will do next, kill probably but who? Frieza killed Vegeta, great story there. He even look evil!

The way I see it, even with Frieza's androgynous physical features as said by White Reeper *sigh*, he was the evilest villian in the Dragon Ball Z universe. Think about it, Frieza tried causing genocide on the Saiyan race just like Hitlier tried doing the same to the Jews in Europe. In my opinion, Toriyama referenced that idea into the anime to emphasize his malicious behavior. Unlike Frieza, Cell just wanted a good fighting opponent (and boy did he get one) just like Saiyans do instinctively, so he wasn't really in the same level as him. Majin Buu was more like a puppet for destruction for Bibidi rather than an evil being (If Mr. Satan can make Fat Buu love a little puppy, that says more than enough about my point). Frieza was naturally just an evil villian who wanted complete power over the whole universe and would stop at almost nothing to fulfill it.

I didn't know who Omega Shenlong was but he's the red dragon in GT isn't he & there are the black star dragonballs & for punishment Goku gets turned into a kid.
Seems unfair though, they weren't warned about that & whoever finds all the balls (which are hard to find) gets their wishes fair & square!
