Ummm I dont think anger becomes unlimited. In my opinion the Hulk has limited strength because of how limited your anger could get. I mean if I could get unlimitedly anger at my coffee spilling over in the morning that would be insane lol. but in all seriousness, I believe there's a limit to how angry people can get and the Hulk is still human.
Colossus can lift over 100 tons (meaning his strength is class 100+)
Colossus cant take the kind of beating the Hulk can (since his osmium armor can be ripped apart by Hulk, if the Hulk is capable of breaking apart adamantium)
The only hope Colossus has of winning is to finish it quick before he makes the Hulk even angrier and hopes to god he doesn't get punched. Im not saying he cant get punched by the Hulk but if he does it will f*** him up. That being said, Hulk wins more than 9/10 times in my opinion
