I didn't say he was as strong as wolverine, just that Wolverine isn't a whole lot stronger that he would easily overpower frank

I think you mean when he drew his knife and they were in close quarters. Yeah he had a little trouble overpowering Frank there but I'm pretty sure frank had leverage and his body weight to help.

yea thats it. But even with leverage, Frank should not have been trouble. I mean Wolverine good deal stronger then him.
