This is a tough one. Agent X is more proficient with firearms. He also has a blend of Deadpool's and Black Swan's fighting abilities, although only bits and pieces combined, not all of their skills merged.

The fight would probably not last long, and turn into a keg party while watching a Golden Girls marathon.
