Re-posting a Picture

It is a link of a picture in KMC attachments' database. I want to post a thumbnail of this pic which is also a link of the original pic. How can i do this?

u could make thumbnil at home, upload it, then use it alike this I think :

You can't post pictures with a question mark "?" in them. It's to prevent abuse.
