Shounen-ai/Shoujo-ai is not as sexual as Yaoi/Yuri. It usually contains from undertones, to kisses, to groping.

Yaoi/Yuri is a bit more sexual and usually has to do with nudity and sex, but not always hentai.

I looked up some pictures for it and i dunno Shuichi looks diff from the manga and waaay to feminine (not that i mind i just like how he looks in the manga) and i heard that some parts of the anime were made up, true?

actually yaoi is targeted at girls, Josei is more sexual rather than emotionally, theres not really that big a diff between the two. And this doesnt apply to all Josei of course! Some are about gay guys but most are like Shoujo only the characters tend to be older.
