Yeah, that is true Sil, but I think Larry also meant that unused accounts should be deleted, so that new members can choose a name and be allowed to use it, rather than being told they cannot have it because it's already in use, when the person who chose it first is no longer coming here. But I'd put a longer time limit on it, say, three months.
