Ok so I know they fought in an issue of Venom, which was highly orgasmic, but it never played through. So who would win... I might go gay for Venom.

They had a battle in the "Spirits of Vengeance" comic. The penance stare had a weird effect on Venom (not sure if the symbiote was immune), Ghost Rider got KO'd because of that, from what I remember. I could be wrong though.

i don't think you can rip gr apart. even if it got to a hand to hand fight, i still think ghosty would win even if venom is stronger.

GR can be ripped apart. You see his bones under the leather. Demogorge Blade did it, he had Blaze's shotgun at the time though.

Ghost Rider would get thrown through some walls but would bounce right back and cut up Venom when someone really gay like Spiderman would show up and they would easily overpower Venom into submission.
