If Elektra opens to 2nd spot also for the third time in Marvel box office history then I think that will be a bad sign considering it will be the first month of the year. Not to mention FF will probaly do the same.

Yeah, but 2005 doesn't seem like the year for Marvel. DC will release Batman in the summer and get all the spotlight while Marvel fails.

2006 will be Marvel's year though with at least 4-? films.

Maybe we will get to see a Daredevil 2 in 2007.

i really hope he gets the justice he deserves (hell, you could be writing it by then!)

btw, judging by the report I posted in the other thread it seems that Marvel still doesn't have anything official set for DD2. I guess DD2 will depend more on Elektra than we all thought.

* Yeah, but its doubtful Elektra will pull anymore than 20 mill the first week even if it is #1.

all elektra needs to do is make some sort of profit, that'll justify making more marvel movies...

Yeah 25 mill would guarantee some sort of future in the DD franchise so I guess its not all bad.

btw, (off-topic) I'm afraid that Blade 3 only has about 40 mill so far so I don't think we will probably see another film in the franchise. 🙁

it'll improve, its only been over in europe a couple of weeks, give it a chance...

I think DVD sales will speak largely for its chances in a sequel. I would still love to see a 4th though even if it ends up with a smaller budget.

DVD sales will probably speak alot for Elektra too.
