System32 folder pops up

Whenever the downstairs computer (the computer I don't use, but get blamed for everythnig going wrong on it) starts up or anyone logs on, the C😬WINDOWS\System32 folder just... opens by itself. Why does it do that, and how can I fix it?

goto start -> run -> type msconfig -> startup -> see if System32 is selected

yeah, that seems like the solution

it is ... 😎

Okay, that worked. Now, I have a searchbar on my taskbar that I want to get rid of... I'm assuming that I can turn it off somehow if I find out the .exe name.. anyone recognize this bugger?

no, but I take if you put a find on search or something you can find it

yeah, or try remove it from the control panel, maybe

Which control panel? And I've searched forever for this one; and it won't.. leave.
