i was at avril's concert the other night and simple plan supported her. they were so good and i got their debut album yesterday and it rocks! can't wait for the next one!

any other simple plan fans out there? 😄

Yeah I know that. But I'm not gonna let other peoples' music taste hold me back from stating my opinions, just like what the rest of you are doing now.
I posted this thread for the select few who may like people like Avril and Simple Plan and just because the rest of you don't like them, there's no need to get so upset about it!

I respect your opinions too. If you look closely at my post, you'll see that I never once insulted you, nor your taste in music. All I'm saying is that you really shouldn't be complaining about people insulting Simple Plan and Avril, when I know you know how much people like to tear stuff like this apart here.

I know, i was referring to the others, it was just your reply i chose to quote as i thought it would best get my point across.

I agree with DR.When I first got to KMC,I bashed every poser i could find,but now......
It's not that i'm any more accepting of poser bands,it's just that I am done yelling at you people because obviously I can't change your minds.
So I will allow you to live in your poserdom.
perhaps someday you can realize that real punk bands sing about things other than getting dumped.

BTW,yes,opening for Avril is career suicide.I ****in hate that *****.

edit: BTW,one more point,punk music is about rebellion.It was never made to feed mainstream poppy dribble to the masses.
