Yeah, he got banned. That tends to happen when you don't listen to mods repeatedly telling you to do something or stop doing something. He continued to push his luck, so he got banned.

On a side note, he's only banned for 1 week. Stop whining. If he were to be banned for good it would have been just because of the numerous warnings he's got. One week is getting off light.
