Wait Wait, I am a lurker. I feel like what i have to say has usually already been said and people get really pissed off if you repeat stuff. I dont think that you can delete people just because they dont have anything to say. I mean if their account is inactive thats cool, but if they still visit the site, then they should be allowed to stay. wether they say anything or not.
