I've seen the movie with NAtasha Richardson in it...I think it's an older one...I'm not sure if that's the one they show on Lifetime!

I recommend "Cat's Eye" and "The Blind Assassin."

Im reading the Handmaid's Tale at the min for AS level Eng Lit, and I think it's an amazing book. Makes you think about all the small things we take for granted, but which really constitue our freedom to choose the way our own lifes run.
Although it's also rather scary to think that, as Margret Attwood herself said, there is nothing in this book which is not already occuring in the world today.

That woould be scary if what happens in the book actly happens in the usa,I don't even want to think about that.Well got to go.Glad you liked the book.JM
