I like Deadpool but Captain America is the better fighter. His fists are larger and his impact is more damaging than his opponent pound for pound. He could sit down with anyone at anything, like Reed Richards and perform better given the challenge. Reed might come up with something amazing but for results you have to go to Cap.

DP is currently Immortal, he can't die, thank to what Thanos did to him.
The guy can regenerate even after he got his brain shooted, or beheaded or reduced to a chunk of meat and bones.
You can even reduce him to a drop of blood, he's gonna come back.
Plus he has great fighting skills, he's brutal, he's fun, he has the killer instinct, he kills for job and fun, and he does it for living, also the heal factor granted him enhanced strenght and reflexes, and on his own, DP is very agile and accurated.
He's gonna walk over Cap and make it looking like a comedy, cause with his lines he'll make Cap mad, and with his skills he'll make him a dead man.
whats with all the "deadpool kills for a living" comments? captain maerica stops killers for a living, does that mean he'll single handedly hand DP his own ass? no. and cap may not be able to kill him, but he can SURE AS F***ING HELL KNOCK HIM OUT!!! if he cuts DPs head off, doesnt that AT LEAST count as a knockout? and im sorry to say, DP is nowhere near caps skill level. this is made evident by the fact that DP needs guns and superpowers, and cap doesnt. cap trains harder, better, and far more than any other marvel character. and if you look at guns vs. shield, that shield does some pretty awesome crap. and cap doesnt sweat guns. do you realize how many bullets have flown at him? do you think he gives a fluing f*** about bullets or guns? no. with this fight, DP may use guns lethally, but his skill doesnt make up for the lack of affect of guns against cap.
