actaully it wouldent at all. Logan berserker rage would make him far dealier. Logan retains his skills and gets all his abilities amped to maxed.

but my point was Cap earned his way to that spot. he isn't just a good fighter, he is the greatest fighter.

he doesnt have logan's HF, unbreakable skeleton, etc...yet he faces the same or even greater dangers on a daily basis and survives to tell about it

so, it isn't farfetched that Cap is a better fighter than Logan because unlike Logan, Cap doesn't have a HF to fall back on.

Logan has been fighting wars before capt was born and Logan dident know he had a healing factor. Logan for more years then capt has been alive has fought as if he did not have a healing factor.
