Captain America vs. Wolverine

Nah, Logan can be beaten down despite his powers.

The beating he got from Mr. X and his elite warriors is nothing compared to the kind of beating Cap can dish out. And since he doesn't get tired, he can just beat on Logan all day, if that's what it takes...

Ahhh.....but the Wolverine fans consider that fight to be PIS, seeing as according to them Wolverine can heal from liquefied organs instantly.

I personally think Wolverine has got this one. I think they both have right around the same amount of skill in hand to hand. They both have great speed, but I just think Wolverine would get it in the long run, he's just to crazy to stop.

Uhhhh no... according to MARVEL Wolverine can heal from liquified organs near instantly, as it's happened on panel a number of times. 😐

And while that fight DOES have elements of PIS (unless you think a human hand grabbing Wolverine's claws and driving them to the ground makes any sort of sense), the outcome of the fight did not result from anything other than stacked damage and a taxed HF.

I just can't see Cap putting him down.

Not sure what happened with the original Marvel Bio but now Marvel is linking to the wiki page but the entry is, at least till now, the same:
"Despite the extent of his healing factor, Wolverine is not immortal. If the injuries are extensive enough, especially if they result in the loss of vital organs, large amounts of blood, and/or loss of physical form, such as having flesh burned away by fire or acid, Wolverine can die."

I'm aware that Wolverine has these feats and I'm not lowballing them but according to MARVEL he doesn't have them, funny thing. Anyways On panel evidence > Bios.

My actual point for replying is that it's nice tro see that you are apparently able to use common sense when it comes to Wolverine and when things aren't logically and therefore shouldn't happen (PIS) unless of course it comes down to Wolverine and some sticky substances shot from a guy with arachnid strength.

EDIT: As for the trhead Wolverine wins

Wow that web page looks dubious at best. Not saying that it's not legit stuff, but someone needs to help that page along. I suggest a band aid.

That bio stayed teh same since at least I can remember always, Bios are bullshit that's why we don't use them here.

You have a hard time proving capt as more skilled then Wolverine. In there last fight Wolverine gave him a blood clot with a pressure point attack.

Context.

^ Also Cap beat Cyclops and Wolverine didn't. welshypeach

The fight between Captain America and Wolverine, awesome! A great fight, indeed! However, i love Cap, he is too good with his ways! 😉 Wolverine may be awesome, but Captain is the smarter one.

Good fight. I think Logan edges a tough fight due healing factor.
There strength and speed stats are very close.

Cap takes this in the end...Logan eventually yields to the greater HERO

I don't know who wins this. Writers are not writing Wolverine the way he should be written.

I like Wolverine's Adamantium laced bones in this fight. I think that will give him a win.

I'm going with Wolverine ftw because of the unbreakable bones and healing factor. As much as I love Cap, it's just more difficult to keep Wolverine down.

sorry to tell you this bro, but Logan just recently lost his healing factor

Yes I know. I'm guessing/hoping he'll get it back. IMO his character is ruined without the hf. If it's current Wolverine without the healing factor then I'd give the win to Cap.

Remember how deadpool lost his healing factor or Spider-man lost his body, or Captain America died and was replaced by Bucky? Logan will definitely get his healing factor back in time. Back on topic, if we're using current versions, cap wins without very much trouble.
