Ok u know that new series on nickelodeon?"Neds Declassified School Survival giude" well the guy who plays Ned is Devon!!and personally i think he soooo cute!!!but sense this is his frist real movie/part theres not much information about him, so i was wondering does n e one know his birthday? I know he is/was 13 like a couple months ago. Also ne one else think hes cute?
