It is Palpy in his office... similar to that Promo Pic of him in a Blachish outfit next to Statues in his office.. but he is in his red outfit... it is super sweet! I want a Hi Res Shot of it.. but I will settle for a little scan right now if anyone has it.... stupid Magazine is $11.99 in Canada.. and I aint paying that for one pic.. i bought hte last issue anyways... bc it had ROTS in it.. I cant buy them all..
