considering I'd have to be a quasi-druggie, perverted egotistical moron to be popular (at least around here), I'm quite proud of the fact I'm not particularly popular...however, I've got enough true friends that I know I can count on

What I mean is that I am known by many(meaning I am popular) but they do not like me. I am not one of those preppy losers or go around trying to be popular. I just have popular friends.
