Why is Micheal Myers so angry?

It's a mystery. Or maybe I just missed something. He kills his sister in the original. But for what reason? Was he retarded or something? The reason I asked this is because I just watched Halloween H20. I think it was pretty good. But during the movie I kept wondering how, after all these years, he hasn't got a hunch-back, how he hasn't been limping from all the stuff he went through. And the main question is why does he do what he does? Why can't he die? I would like to know.

Michael' s house was built over an indian burial site i think it was or something similar, and there are spirits in the house that tell him to kill and the spirits overpowered him so he's pretty much those spirits now instead of true human , did u watch all the halloween movies? there was one with a little boy that lived in myers's old house n they explain that cuz the kid is like trying to kill his grandpa n stuff like that n u can hear the whispers the kid hears n everything, i forgot which halloween that was tho. I'm not an expert on this tho so u ,ight wanna c if anyone else answers but i'm pretty sure that's the basic main idea

Orginially he was just supposed to be a crazed killer who went after babysitters. They didn't fit in the whole sibling thing till the second movie. I believe it was the 6th movie, if my memory serves me correctly Lady Eowyn3

During Halloween H20 I just learned that Lauri Strode was related to Michael. But why wasn't she in the house of the time? In the orginal? Why did he follow her in the original instead of all these other girls her could have followed. I think they just threw in the whole sibling part to throw us off. It's weird... Laurie in the original should have known Micheal was her brother. It was all over the news, it's amazing that she never heard of her sister dying, and that she even had a brother who was famous. Hoax??? 😕

I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up for I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... EVIL!"

I've heard tell that John Carpenter toured a nut house (to help with inspiration) and was taken to the cell of a 12-year-old boy. Carpenter said he looked through the peephole at the boy, and the boy was staring right back at him; it freaked him out. Loomis's speech is supposed to be a description of that eerie encounter.

As to why Michael Meyers can't die, well...it's because he can still make money for the studio.

i suppose its some sort of curse he was given, he has to kill everyone in his family in order to die, so im guessing he hates his life and wants to die, but why does he were that stuid plaster mask?

It's not a plaster mask; it's a Captain Kirk mask that's been turned inside out. I learned this from an episode of "Arsenio" from around 1990, in which Jamie Lee Curtis and William Shatner were on the same show (along with musical guests Take 6).

OOh why havnt i noticed this..... Michael kills his Sister because he is cursed with "Thorn" i dont know what exactly it means cuz i 4got but it makes him get stronger as he gets older and the only way for him to be satisfied is to kill his family and as you know Laurie is his sister and he is so angry because people get in his way and he has no heart and barley a brain too but he is one smart man. Like in H20 when he switches the costume with the guy and he doesnt limp because hes immortal almost. Does Jason limp? freddy? leather? pinhead?

Michael Myers is so angry because "austin powers:goldmember" didn't do very well at the box office.

"Halloween" premiered in 1978, when Mike Meyers (the actor) was fifteen years old, and had only starred in a Canadian TV series up to that point.

The character's full name is Michael Audrey Myers (notice different spelling). According to the IMDb (all hail the IMDb!):

The character of Michael Myers was named after the European distributor of Carpenter's previous film, Assault on Precinct 13 (1976) as a kind of weird "thank you" for the film's overseas success.
