The election is coming...

With the November election drawing ever closer, and Bush's lies becoming more frequent, we will have to put our trust in Sen. John Kerry. I'm encouraging every one of you reading this to question what you want from your president, and then see if Bush has met those needs. For the majority of you, the answer would be emphatically, "No!" That's why, when John Kerry wins the Democatic Ticket, anyone who is eligible to vote should vote for him. If you are not registered yet, go to www.punkvoter.com and get yourself registered. It doesn't matter if you're Democrat or Republican, because that really holds no precedence over the running of this country. Bush has spat out lie after lie, and we have been encouraging this by not speaking out. Well, it's about time we do, because time is running out to have your voice heard. I, for one, would love to see John Kerry win the 2004 Presidential election, and if we're lucky, John Edwards will be his running mate and V.P.

Why the hell are you going to close a thread that so many people would love to have? You're silencing people's beliefs! You're taking away my first amendment rights of "Freedom of Speech" and "Freedom of Expression"! This issue is important to many people, and you're going to silence it just because you're afraid of a little arguing between opposing groups!? Is the running of this country not important to you!?! You'll allow some heathen to talk about some lesbian who is selling her virginity on E-Bay, but we can't hold political discussions!? What is this!?

This isn't a movie forum, it's an off-topic forum, and it says that almost anything goes. What's a little bad blood between members? They aren't going to go out and shoot someone from this boad who opposes their opinion. That's ludicrous. And the silencing of this thread is pointless. So many people want their voices heard, and the "rule makers" of this board are silencng them. It's injustice. If you don't mind, I would like the screen names of these people, and I will ask them myself to make an exception for something as important as this.
