WAIT 3 HOURS UNTIL THE NEXT QUESTION IS ASKED IF THE PREVIOUS QUESTION COULD NOT BE ANSWERED. SO A QUESTION MUST STAY UNANSWERED FOR 3 HOURS UNTIL THE NEXT QUESTION CAN BE ASKED.
