Teleporting Doomsday into the sun would not affect him

Doomsday is certainly not faster than Thor, he's a freakin god. On marvel.com Thor's speed is listed at level 7 (the highest). To say Doomsday is faster than Thor is like saying Juggernaut is faster than Thor. Doomsday has superhuman speed, but certainly not on Thor's level. Doomsday has superspeed like Hulk does, not like Superman or Flash.
Cosmic Thor does not nearly as fast as Doomsday. He is fast yes but he is not an infamous speedster by any stretch of the imagination. I have never seen him exhibit any acts of superspeed and I'm suprised that Quicksilver is only a five, huh. And captain you hit the nail right on the head Doomsday is more like a super-Hulk, faster, a lot stronger, durable and virtually unkillable.
Thor isn't nearly as fast as Doomsday. Marvel's ranking is Thor's flight speed, not combat speed. During the DOS storyline, Doomsday kicked and punched I believe Booster Gold, then picked up a car and hit him with in, all in less than a second (because he hit Booster Gold with the car before Booster even hit the ground from Doomsday's last punch). There aren't very many Marvel characters who can FIGHT at that speed. That's why Spider-Man does so well against people like Hulk, Juggernaut and Eric Masterson. And Superman fights orders of magnitude faster than Spider-Man. And Doomsday is at least Superman's equal in combat speed. At least.

Do you read Thor comics? Thor has god speed as his title of "god of thunder" would suggest.
No Thor isn't a Speedster, he's so much more. Is Doomsday is an infamous speedster? Doomsday can run a couple hundred of miles per hour. Thor can run a couple hundred thousand miles per minute, and can fly at lightspeed. Quicksilver?! Originally, he could only run a measly 175mph! With the enhancement, who knows how fast he is now, but he certainly isn't as fast as Thor. Few are.

Thor can spin his hammer at lightspeed creating a shield. With his, "Warrior Fury" Thor's fighting speed is blinding. All you see is a flurry of Thor's attacks, and then his opponent falling. How can you tell how long it took Doomsday to do all that in a comic book? Did they have an elapsed time by the frame or something? It's not a cartoon...
That's why I said that we know it was less than a second because Doomsday hit Booster and then while Booster was falling down, Doomsday picked up a car and HIT him with it before he finished falling down. That's some DBZ schiznit right there.
And Thor spinning his hammer at lightspeed is a function of strength and Mjolnir's enhancement, not speed.
And I've never seen him hitting anyone with superspeed when in Warrior's Madness mode. When did this happen?
