Yes Batgirl, the first person to cleanly beat Lady Shiva. Then again, someone said Batman recently beat Shiva, I don't know much about it though.
In the Batman/Superman Public Enemies story. It wasn't even much of a fight. But Lady Shiva is generally supposed to be better than Batman, so that might have just been bad writing (in an otherwise good storyline).

Karate Kid is 1. Lady Shiva is 2. Batgirl II is 3. Batman is 4.
Lady Shiva and Batgirl II are arguably interchangable.
Karate Kid however, is the best. You can't hold your own against Superboy, and suck. Karate Kid doesn't have any actual superpowers by the way, which makes the feat that much more impressive.
