because the U.S spends so much money on helping other countries and also they don't want to make too much money just in case of inflation. Countries import and export goods so all the money has to be near equal...If the U.S. made more money, prices of goods and services would go up...

Actually what I said above sounded like crap..it's basically just simple econmics...if I were to stop eating and playing video gams and think about it a little more I can make it sound much better using higher vocabulary words that nobody else could understand. But...I'm not in school so that won't happen.
