The Pythagorean theorem it for triangles with right angles.

In any right triangle, the area of the square whose side is the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the areas of the squares on the other two sides. Also shown by this equation a2 + b2 = c2

The 2's were supposted to be squared but they didn't turn out right..

I meant: a(to the power of 2) + b(to the power of 2) = c(to the power of 2)

Or A squared + B squared = C squared

asquared + bsquared = csquared
