The right version is that Pandora opened the box. It wouldn't be called "Pandora's Box" if Pandora didn't open it. You don't have to believe it, but it's fact. That's the way the story was written.

I'm sorry, but a version where someone else of the different sex opens it... that's not a "new version" that's a "new story" 😖
