The only supporting Jedi I have thought was really cool was Kit Fisto. Maybe it's those Predator-esque tentacles - very rasta.

My vote goes to Anakin, Sidious and Obi-Wan. I've always liked Obi-Wan, Anakin is a bad-ass and Sidious is just so pantomime-evil you can't help but love him.
