gem of cytorak

I have a few questions and coments on this
1. who (besides can and black tom) would be the most powerful with it (some one native to earth and has to be regualr versions no what if's or cosmic)
2. how many people have had a shot and didn't take it like gambit, jean grey black tom etc..
3. why would't they take it

dude once you get it youre powerful period. there is no who would be more powerful. besides there was a cadre of elder gods who chose avatars to be there earthen representatives. its just that cain got the gem of cytorrak. while others got powers from whtever articfacts the respective dieties named afer themelves. they arecalled the examplars by the way.
