What to get people for Christmas?

I'm struggling with some ideas. I have a few, but I need some help. I pretty much know what my brother is getting and that is money towards his iTunes account. He'll love that. I'd love that. I'm getting my Mom a couple cheap peices of art I brought back from South America. I'm getting my neice this little toys called Bed Buggs http://www.bedbuggs.com/ that I just discovered. They are these little animals that attach to kids clothes and help them feel safe and get over fears, etc... They're pretty cool...and cheap.

But, I've got to figure out something to get for my sister and Dad. I have no clue. Anybody run across any fun gifts recently?

That's a good idea. My dad is into sports. I may have to see what I can find...too bad he's not a Red Sox fan.
