Problems Posting

Hey my friend asked me to post this cause she cant. She is having problems posting or making new threads. Said problems being she can't do either...so if ya can help please do so. Your help is greatly appreciated. Sry I like being weird.

Shes registered and the hitting the buttons doesn't work, shes tried. Got anything else?
