Regarding Ponda Baba, remember he is an alien. Perhaps his species tissue does not cauterise. Or perhaps Obi-Wan adjusted his sabre so it wouldn't cauterise the wound, thus maximising the impact on the cantina crowd.

Yes I agree this will probably be a good fight. Doesn't General Grievous get involved as well so it becomes him and Dooku vs Obi-Wan and Anakin? That sounds good.

well then you also have to remember when ob1 killed Maul, there was blood "mist" when they showed Maul's face. So heres a new theory, and new thread..."does only ob1's lightsaber allow blood to flow after he cuts his opponents?"

All I know is that during the dooku anakin battle general grievious wounds obi-wan while they were fighting.

yea thats pretty shitty that Dooku and Grievious and hurt Ob1 but Anakin cant when he easily slays Dooku and obviously is stronger inthe force than both ob1 and grievious. and yes Ani is stronger than OB1 (refer to the bonus disc of OT dvd set)

yep remember hearing that he is stronger in the force than obi-wan.

Stronger in the Force and power than Obi-Wan, but Obi-Wan is more focused and is the best swordsman in the galaxy at the time.

nofate...you visit supershadow dont you? the only reason ob1 wins is experience, and he's thinking more clearly. He didnt look like too much of a better swordsman when Anakin was forcing his own lightsaber down at him. but thats the way GL wanted it so thats what we're stuck with.

Yeah I do visit Supershadow, I think he's arrogant and stuff but he seems to get things right.

Anakin won't look that powerful compared to Obi-Wan when he's falling into lava though now will he? Lol. The duel is pretty much even the whole time.

There's a whole thread devoted to 'super' shadow and his antics I suggest you take a read. Many have been taken in over time. Give it a read anyway and make up your own mind.
