yea that swhat i said like two pages ago, its two different frames, from two different sources. One looks like a direct feed, and the other looks like it went through some sort of mediary station, like it was a copy of a copy...you know what i mean?

no, the point of the question is why does the first look better.
in the first they used the 'noise' filter in photoshop, which take the blur out,
when stretching out a small image. it basically turned the image into multicolored dots.

yeah that makes the most sense to me.
